What Indian Players Should Check for xk8
Since xk8 does not use a central server for accounts, your virtual coin balance is stored directly in your browser. If you clear your cache or switch devices, your progress may reset. For Indian users, it is important to verify how the operator handles data privacy under local digital laws. Always check if the demo supports INR (Indian rupee) for display purposes, though no real money is involved. You should also verify which payment methods like UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe are currently listed for any future real-money features by visiting the operator's main site. Regarding legality, gambling laws differ by state in India; ensure online gaming is permitted in your specific region before playing. For safety, clear your browser cookies regularly to manage local storage effectively.
- Verify state-specific gambling laws before playing.
- Check if UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe are listed for future deposits.
- Clear browser cache to reset local wallet data if needed.
Local Wallet Persistence
Your settled balance is stored in the browser's local storage. This means your progress is saved locally and persists even if you close the browser. However, clearing cached files may leave local storage intact, but this is not guaranteed across all devices or browsers. The demo does not process personal data beyond what is stored locally for this session.
Balance Restoration
If your idle balance drops below 10 coins, you can manually restore it. This action sets your balance to exactly 1000 coins. This is a manual reset, not an automatic replenishment or deposit. Fractional carry is preserved during this restoration.
Unfinished Rounds on Reload
If you reload the page while a round is active, the round ends without a refund. The unfinished state is not resumable. You cannot recover the stake or the potential winnings from that specific round. Only settled balances persist.
Wallet Facts
The wallet uses virtual coins with no cash value. There is no network-synchronised account, so your balance is not tied to a user profile. The balance persists locally, but this does not imply anonymity or exclude other processing methods.
Privacy & Storage
Game source uses localStorage for settled balance and fractional carry. This does not establish anonymity or exclude other processing. The absence of account controls does not prove that no personal data are processed. Clearing cached files may leave local storage, where that storage is actually used.
